THE HISTORY OF THE COMPANY’S NAME REFLECTS ITS COMMITMENT TO EXCELLENCE IN EVERYTHING

There used to be on sale only gasoline brands A-76, A-92, A-95 and diesel fuel and the media only talked a little about the development of high-octane gasoline AI-98. Our company was already dreaming about the invention and introduction of the environmentally friendly gasoline of better quality that was tentatively called AI-100. It is where the name of the group of companies A-100 comes from which symbolizes our commitment to new approaches, achievement of challenging results and meeting perfection and excellence!

It all started back in 1994 with the purchase of the first petrol tanker "GAZ-53" and the launch of the first container gas station in Minsk. The following year became no less prominent and was marked by the launch of the first fixed petrol station operating under the А-100 trademark.

In 2000 there was a launch of the first gas fueling station A-100 and the following year the Company made its customers pleased by offering a new service – a complex automatic car wash.
2001
In 2001 having achieved some progress and success in the oil product market, the company started up a new activity - development meaning construction and operation of real estate.

In 2004, our company made a name for itself in the restaurant business by opening the first fast-food restaurant SunCafe.

The end of 2005 saw the launch of the construction of the Road Service Complex on Minsk - Vitebsk highway which includes a petrol station, cafe, car showroom, shopping center, as well as administrative building where the company’s headquarters are located. The grand opening of the complex took place in 2007.

In 2006, A-100 Development started construction of a residential district "Zeleny Bor" (Green Forest) in the Lesnoy village near Borovlyany.
2012
In 2012, the company started construction of a residential district "Zelenye Gorki" (Green Hills) and in September 2012 there was a launch of the shopping mall "ALL".
2013
In 2013 the company started to develop a new business - business aviation that includes pilot training, sightseeing and pleasure flights, advertising campaigns: flags, banners, leaflets, as well as helicopter flights to fit its own needs.

A-100 Petrol Stations Group has acquired its own petroleum depot, presented a 1924 Ford Model T, was the first in the country to launch the electric car fast charging station. A-100 Development Group received the "Choice of the Year" award and was awarded the title "Developer No.1" in the professional contest "Brand of the Year".

  • Alexander Tsenter

    Chairman of the Supervisory Board of A-100 Group of Companies

    A founder of A-100 Group of Companies. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of the National Art Museum of Belarus, Chairman of the Belarusian Federation of Aerial Sports. Civil aviation pilot.
    He has four children. Believes that his family and A-100 are his major achievements.
    He agrees with Vysotsky’s opinion: “In order to see farther and more clearly, you should look over he heads”. His formula for success is a balance of dreams, opportunities and risks.

     

  • Nadezhda Matveenok

    Supervisory Board Member of A-100 Group of Companies

    She is a member of the Association of Residential Developers of Belarus.
    She believes that her major professional accomplishment is a vast array of experience in different sectors: Nadezhda has never been afraid to change her life and take up new business areas. She has engaged in the development of petrol and construction businesses in A-100.
    She believes that the major characteristics of a good employee include energy and restlessness.

  • Dmitry Dragun

    Supervisory Board Member of A-100 Group of Companies

    At Baker Tilly, Dmitry Dragun is Partner at the Ukrainian office responsible for Corporate Services. Dmitry has a 20-year experience of practicing finance in various corporate settings including the leading international companies based in Europe (Shell Transport & Trading, Tesco, Kingfisher, Templeton) and Ukraine (Ukrproduct Group and Renaissance). His experience spans numerous corporate finance assignments among which are the IPO and other fund-raising transactions. He holds MBA degree from Oxford University and other professional qualifications.

  • Svetlana Shevlik

    CEO of A-100 Development Group of Companies

    The main principle she lives by is continuous development.
    She takes pride in the projects implemented by the company. Svetlana is confident that her greatest accomplishments are still to come.
    She is a maximalist by nature. She is sure that "everything is possible", and "in order to achieve the goal we need a great desire and the relevant efforts". She believes "in order to succeed we should truly love what we do".

Social responsibility

Being non-indifferent is one of the most important values of our company. For years A-100 Group of Companies has been providing all possible help to the public charitable organization "Borovliany Children's Hospice", Borovliany secondary school, orphanage No. 3, Minsk district socio-pedagogical center in the Borovliany village, the Belarusian Union of Persons with Disabilities and Great Patriotic War Veterans. Our main priority is to support socially vulnerable groups that need our specific help. They include the disabled, children deprived of parental care and secondary education institutions.

As a Belarusian company we understand the importance of preserving and enriching our country’s cultural heritage. In 2012 we managed to open a museum devoted to the fuel industry of Belarus. The same year the project resulted in publication of a book entitled History of Petrol Stations in Belarus which consists of the most complete set of information about the petrol industry in our country starting from Tsarist Russia up to the present.

In 2014 we held a social campaign "Get a Bike for a "Thank You!" supported by Minsk cycling society.

Obviously the budget for our participation in charitable projects is not limitless and has a certain amount that is planned for a year.
